Jazmine Marie Sullivan is an American singer-songwriter. Born and raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania her debut album Fearless came out in 2008 to commercial and critical success. Recording Industry Association of America declared the album gold. The most popular R&B/Hip Hop Albums Billboard chart. It spawned four singles including Need U Bad and Bust Your Windows both of which were in the top 40 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and the first one was Sullivan's first, and the only top spot on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. Sullivan was followed by her second album Love Me Back which had a favorable reception among the critics. Following a break of three years, Sullivan was signed to RCA Records. In 2015 she dropped her debut album Reality Show under her label. It became the second album in her Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums number-one. The debut EP she released was Heaux Tales in 2021.
